Shipping within U.S.: Standard shipping within the U.S. is FREE on all orders over $75. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, although some, more custom orders may take up to 2-weeks. We will do our absolute best to fulfill your order promptly. Shipping times may vary based on shipping method and destination.
International shipping to Canada: International standard shipping to Canada is offered for $25. Standard shipping discounts to Canada apply for orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, although some, more custom orders may take up to 2-weeks. We will do our absolute best to fulfill your order promptly. Please allow 11-20 business days for First Class Package International Service to Canada. Please note, international shipping not available to Saskatchewan Province.
Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct. The Phoenix Brand is not responsible for packages once they are successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in the mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address). If you do have an issue with your order, please do reach out to email@example.com with any issue, and we will do our best to work with you to fix the situation.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method (e.g., Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express).
For orders that qualify for free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. We also reserve the right to rescind or change the threshold of this offer at any time, without notice.
Orders within U.S.: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of receipt. We cover everything except the return shipping fee.
Orders to Canada: Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When we receive your package, we will refund you. At this time, The Phoenix Brand will not cover shipping costs for returns.
